Unsatisfied customer

Hi have a bond with standard bank for the last 8yrs I have policy with standard bank in the policy state that u must be in the policy for twelve months before it is in force for retrenchment, I am not in arears as I been retreanch and I am working for the new company 11mths, I submitted my forms for retrenchment few weeks ago and today an agent phone me to tell me that insurance cannot cover me because I am not working for 12mths yet at the new company I fail to understand bcs I have this policy for 8yrs and I chance jobs, the clue in the police said 3.5 waiting period to qualify for retrenchment benefits 12mths I have this policy for 8yrs, I understand if I took this policy out now and it is not 12 mths yet, please be aware of your policy mybe the agent doesn't understand or she talks alot of nonsense, my account ***
