UNSATISFIED AND FRUSTRATED CLIENT OF STANDARD BANK

Iam so dissappointed about them I submitted a funeral claim on the 3rd of November my brother get missing September and he was find dead on the 4th of October we burried him on the 14th of October because of the Process from police Investigatar and Forensic I aught to submit my claim on the 3rd after I get police report up to now standard bank did not paid my claim tomorrow is the 3rd which means full months investigating they are not going to bring back my bother is dead and worse part they don't call me just quite till I called them myself never ever take funeral policy with them you will never burry your family as of now local business guy who gave me money for buying sheeps and groceries is taking me to court by not paying him thought that I get the money and I do my own priblems
