Unresolved water damage

On the 15th of December I sent an email to the hocclaims email adres you suggest on you call centre greeting. A week prior I spoke with Simpiwe who assured me that someone would contact me in regard to the repairs to my driveway. I have not been contacted and the email to hocclaims has not been responded to.
