Unresolved issue

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my complaint regarding a blocked drain, which was first logged on 27 December 2025. Despite waiting four days for a plumber to be sent, the issue remains unresolved.

The plumber initially cancelled due to car trouble, and when they eventually arrived, they only worked on the bathtub. The drain was left unattended, and yesterday I woke up to find it blocked again. This demonstrates that the original problem was not properly addressed.

This has caused significant inconvenience, as I had to make temporary arrangements myself, and I am now facing the same issue once more. I request that a qualified plumber be sent urgently to resolve the drain problem fully. Given the delays and incomplete service, I also ask that you consider compensation for the inconvenience caused.
