Unreliable standard bank funeral plan
Submitted my claim on Tuesday and up until today no feedback. I need to make funeral arrangements and leave today with my chidlren but due to your delay in paying the claim I am stuck. Been calling since tuesday and been told to wait. Why is it so much struggle for this claim to be process. You are soo unreliable.

20 Jun 2024, 14:42I need to leave to Eastern but can't do anything why is it always a struggle to claim with you. Other insurance proverders makes claims a matter of urgency and priority but you keep me waiting
