Unreliable service

I went to Standard Bank branch at Protea Glen Mall to make a claim on my Trust Fund account.The moment I set down with Lindokuhle I could sense that the energy she was giving was off. I filled in the claim form and in the back of my mind I thought “I don’t think this will be a successful claim”. And guess what 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for the my claim whereas it takes 3-7 working days for the money to reflect.
