Unreliable and ****ming

I have a policy with Standard bank since 2012/2013 and last year, I had a problem with my floor tiles. The floor tiles were fitted by the developer as it a new house. I claimed and they rejected the claim stating or saying it was man mishandled. ."Standard bank inspector come and inspect the property : The assessment process involves gathering information about the property, including its size, location, quality of construction, and any recent improvements or renovations. Why am I be penalized for divelopers fault and the one their Inspector over looked when doing home inspection.

The 2nd one was wall was wet due to leak in the zink and it was given a go ahead waiting for qoutes from their people and some reason declined stating the damaged was there old/existing damage before reporting it. The leak wall occurred because of leak pipe under the zink, the other company fixed the leak and informed that they can't fix the wall since it falls under structure policy. I even forwarded Standard bank the report the other company did for the leak zink and was informed that it's not detailed enough.

Standard Bank Insurance it is a **** and the person one escalate the query are so rude.
