unreliable and disappointing service. failure to fix a simple ceiling.

worst service ever, it's shameful for a reputable name like Standard bank. it's been over a month now since I claimed a simple ceiling damage, I've been calling almost everyday after holding for 30-40min there's always a new consultant with a new story, I'm honestly disappointed it's really heartbreaking typing this, imagine if a mere ceiling can't be fixed what will happen if my house burns down? what do we do if an insurance company is unreliable? what should I do? fix it myself?
