UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES, DISAPPOINTING

I'm very disappointed in Standard bank claims department their services are really poor, unprofessional and really unsatisfied ,ive send an email in June for assistance with my Geyser an accessor was send out in August month...... since the accessor has been to the property no further assistance or communication has been provided to us for 2 months we are not using the geyser and they don't care we went to the branch today the 18th Of October 2022 we have been on the phone from 2 o clock up and till 3h30 today with no help since the calls kept on cutting and they have no bothered to return our calls this is really unprofessional services gosh ..this was really irritating ,,,we've send numerous of emails to *** and *** and now to *** . I'm clueless and really DISAPPOINTED ........
