Laid a complaint on the 15th and still no one has even bothered to call or assist it just shows you how *********** Standard Bank Insurance is. We have been a client for more than 20 years and never missed a premium. We have requested for calls and policy documents whereas Bongile Sithole promised to send us the details but still nothing as yet.
