Unprofessional behavior

I was contacted by Standard bank Insurance for a Home Insurance quote. the gave me competitive rates but when I asked for a detailed quotation the consultant could not provide it to me. This goes against the FAIS act as it is my responsibility as a client to receive a detailed quotation of what I would be covered for as well as the commission. I am so disappointed that such a big organization is not able to provide me with a quotation so that I can make an informed decision. This is so disappointing. I tried calling the manager and team leader but the numbers provided don't even work. Imagine at claim stage.
