Unprofessional. And refusal to fix damage due to storms on a homeloan/Insurance less than 6 months old!

We experienced heavy rain end of November 2017. We lodged the claims as per procedure and an assessor from JJ plumbing and construction was sent out. They were then subsequently awarded the repairs and give the go ahead to start repairs.

Firstly. The interior of the house was done. Not the best job but the house is Not leaking Secondly the office was done. New ceilings were put in and it was painted

Since then a minor rain. And it leaks completely. Worse than before. The new ceilings are cracked and paint bubbles with water and now has split.

We only recently purchased this house from a Mr T Bevan. In September last year. Less than 6 months ago.

The garage had new ceiling boards and cornices and edging when we bought the house. The first severe rain in November caused massive flooding in my garage Split the ceiling boards paint is cracked. Lifted and due to severe water pouring in. It has now got mould and this is not ok for my family.

Latent damage as per your assessor is not a response to a new home owner with less than 6 months of purchasing the house.

But in the interim. The manager onsite from JJ plumbing tried to get us to pay him on the side to do the job privately. When we refused. Nothing else went to plan according to my understanding from what was approved. They spilt red roof sealant on the side of my house. Painted it in a different colour and now we have patches of different colour on our house. Roof tiles which were meant to replaced have not been replaced. And JJ plumbing and construction take no responsibility for this as they said they were specifically instructed by THABO the assessor from SIL...NOT TO TOUCH THE ROOF. This all after having an hour conversation with the onsite manager who during this process had requested to do the job privately.

My ceiling in my office leaks terribly and my garage is just short of an interior water feature.

My other question is. If this "damage" was there when standard bank assessor who came out to do the inspection to approve the home loan was visible. Why is there no record of this. It was latent damage covered up by previous owner.

The floor company to replace the floor in my leaking office is on hand to come to floors.

But this can not be done until the leaks are repaired.

My roof. My ceiling and walls in the garage and office need to be repaired.

I need an answer to this as a matter of urgency.

I will not accept your offer of agreement of Office internals and roof tiles R8908.84

I have got 3 different quotes and i would like you to review them and choose one and repair the house. Its 6 months after purchase of the house and it was 2 months when we actually reported the claims
