Unprofessional and *********** Services

As per my repeated frustrations with the standard bank insurance their unprofessional, pathetic and *********** service is still persistent. The claim that I made 3 weeks ago the wardrobe that was damaged by the storm is still not replaced and fixed. I have been calling almost everyday and all what their consultants have been saying is that they will attend to my issue. 3 Weeks now my house is still a mess and so bad is the situation that their assessor who promised to come to my place failed to pitch up on 2 occasions and when I contacted him he sounded drunk. My ref is still 19/087506.
