Unprofessional

This is my last resort on the hope that I will get assistance. I put through a claim with Standard Bank insurance for my Huawei mate 8. The sent someone to collect it and fix it. When the phone was returned it was giving me the same problem it was giving when I claim for it. I let the insurance know that my phone was never fixed because is still going blank when I’m using it. The guy who fixed it called me and gave me some instructions on why I need to do. The phone still switching off everyday I called them again telling then that the phone is not fixed they told me the company which fixed it is coming to collect it to fix it again. No one has collected the phone and this is such an inconvenience for me as a customer. When I send emails I get no response at all. Maybe now that I came to hello Peter I will get a response. This is frustrating and very bad service.
