Unpaid funeral Claim after 4 weeks from standardbank
Hello Peter I went to the bank on the 16th August to make funeral claim but a consultant advised me to claim on WhatsApp. Which I did but I never received any reference or answer. On the 17th August I went to three rivers standardbank made a funeral claim at the branch. But I went there 3 times no help I called to called call center personally but everyone is always saying escalating. Talked to the manager also escalated it and said there is nothing more she can do . I called complined department said they will call following day , but nothing. It's now on the 10th September I'm still waiting for my payout. 4 weeks no payment.

I'm still waiting for your response or payout .
I was hoping to get a positive response by using this platform but to my surprise, I'm still being ignored by getting the matter is still being investigated. Then nothing.
I'm so disappointed as I thought a bank is not a **** company it's legit but I'm so surprised by the bad service I got.
No response up to date from 16th August 2021.

After the investigation which the bank did after a complained was made. It was discovered that I'm the premium payer not the beneficiary. . But to my surprise the beneficiary claimed on the 20th September. It's now on the 27th . No payout.
Standardbank you dont care about your clients .
I'm so tired because I'm still paying the full premiums. But no one seems to care of claims.

Claim payout still not out for 3 months .
You are not committed to anyone , but you only care about money , premiums.
