Unpaid funeral claim

I have subbmitted my funeral claim to standard bank on the 4th of January till date no response no sms or e mail..its really frustrating as one had to opt to borrowing money but i have a funeral policy with standard bank this is totally unacceptable.Im sooo disappointed with this bank
