Unpaid Claim

<p>I had a break in at my house in August 2016. A substantial amount of value items has been ******. I been paid out for these items at a nominal amount because i only had the boxes and not the proof of purchases. During this time numerous emails and phone calls has been to Standard Bank Insurance, the last phone call was onThursday 14th December 2016 and I have still waiting for a reply to the emails I send them about the valuable items specified in my email which I had proof of purchases but was not paid out the market value of the item and item which was not paid out for.</p>
