Unpaid claim

<p>In February I submitted my second claim on my personal loan for installments to be paid at the centurion branch of Standard Bank. Nothing happened for 6 monts. Never once did they try to contact me.</p> <p> </p> <p>On friday the 15th of July 2016 I went to The Centurion branch again and the consultant phoned the insurance branch to query it on my behalf. Wednesday this week I phoned for progress and the consultant told me the claim was only registered on the 15th., which was last friday.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday I called again and the consultant told me it takes 30 days for authorization of payment to be made by their manager? It's been a year since my retrenchment and it has been six months since I My second claim and I'm told to wait another 30 days?</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this sorted out asap</p>
