Unpaid claim

Good day

My claim for a life cover for my late husband dates back to 27/09/2017 where all required documentation was received by SBSA life insurance claims up to today 22/10/2017 no communication regarding the status or the progress of the matter has been received. All i get is bad service from their consultants when i call in to follow-up. Can i be assisted with the claim i have given out all the documation required.
