********l deduction of extra insurance

An additional amount of over R600 was added to my vehicle finance amount without my consent. After investigation this was identified as insurance added without my consent. I do have comprehensive cover with King Price and have sent proof a week ago but Standard Bank does not value me as a long-time customer so have still not responded. As a single mom and widow I cannot afford this additional charge just because someone did not feel like doing their job. I have called their customer services but they keep picking up the phone and then put it down again without answering. I need my money back!
