Unknown person registered on the insurance

When checking my Mom's funeral cover on the Standard bank insure app I discovered that the cover has two individuals - my mother and an unknown person identified as Spouse Gaula. The cover started in August 2002. I need details of who is Spouse Gaula. Standard bank must also provide supporting documentation of the Spouse Gaula insurance and who will I claim this insurance for.
