Unknown member on funeral policy

I have contacted last week Standard bank regarding an unknown member added on my funeral policy and I have been paying premiums towards this ghost member. I have had no one communicating with me to explain what is going on, I do not understand if they do not know how fustrating this is or they just do not care.
