Unhappy with services and claims department

HI There, I had a very bad experience with services from Standard bank insurance. Have been struggling to reach claims department since last 10 days. Support staff play ping-pong match and keep transferring your call. Some how i was able reach today, and was explained that courtesy car can be availed in case "Accident", "Hijack" and "Vehicle damaged due to hail or fire". Since I had car breakdown due to technical failure due to which i cant request.

I have been Stnd Bank insurance since last 5-6 year and submitted no claim, but still such treatment isnt deserved.
