Unhappy clients

Standard bank did me wrong i had car and household contents insurance with them and from the day i joined it,i never receive any paper work.now i had my tv damage cause of loadshedding and they claiming that they don't cover for such and my claim has been rejected but i don't have a policy contract/schedule with me and they are doing piller to post when i ask about that and they had my tv in thier possession as am saying now.please be careful don't be like me am sitting with problem and no one is willing to help me even when i called them.
