Unhappy client

Standard Bank car finance it's a ****... I've a car that I bought back in 2020 and it had an insurance policy since it was purchased. Then Standard bank insurance decided to suddenly debit more funds from my personal account without my consent. They claimed to have contacted me regarding their additional insurance premiums. I'm so frustrated about this matter as it is been happening from November last year (2021) . I'd love that they deposit all my money back with an immediate effect, I've sent the documentation that serve as proof that I do have my own car insurance that I chose.
