Unhappy client

a burglary occurred at my home and standard bank declined my claim, apparently the sliding door did not have a burglar. there's a a possibility that the ******* gains access through the kitchen window which was something i didn't think of at the time because i thought the sliding window was the easy way in.I have asked for a recording of when i took out the claim but even now still have not received it. now Constance refuses to look at my claim
