Unfixable Defy gas stove

I wish to raise a complaint regarding my Defy gas stove claim.

The grill element caught fire and I was informed that both the element and stove model have been discontinued. However, I am only being offered a refund for the discontinued element despite the stove not being repairable.

I request that the claim be reassessed and a fair settlement considered.
