unfairly treatment

I was ****** my cellphone and I reported to the police station the following morning when I went to the Atm to withdraw money Money was not there R800 I went to the branch and report this the case of ***** was open but standard bank wanted to give me R3700 of goodwill they told me those people they used my bank card number to purchased in that club but my card was in my possession im very disappointed and hurt by standard bank
