Unfairly Treated/Dismissed

I have had a really bad experience with standard bank insurance.i recommend all standard bank employees do not use standard bank insurance as the employer can use it against you if you have a problem or complait about the insurer . i was dismissed arising from my insurance problem. If I had another insurer it would not have affected my enjoyment.I also recommend to all consumers not to use standard bank insurance as it is all done via call centre staff and there is no proof of yr version if there is a dispute or problem as they have all the recordings.i had a problem in that I was not told at the time of taking my insurance that I needed to Update my policy when claiming. Today I’m without a job!!!!!
