Unfairly matter

I would like @standardbank insurance to explain what’s this letter/email really mean cause the last time you said I’m covered for R5000.00 and then, came up with the response that your dealer has come up with a quotation that is way more than what I’m covered for and, in order for to fix my car I must add money but, we later agreed that there’s an option for to come up with my own dealer of which i did but, I’m surprised to find out that my claim has been rejected meanwhile my dealer didn’t even charge up to what I’m covered for so, I need answers regarding this else I’m canceling this useless insurance.

Aphiwe Madikiza Need to come back to me cause I can’t be taken for granted not when my car/money is involved
