Unfair service
I had a credit protection Plan with standard bank and now i was debarred. Instead of the credit plan to settle my overdraft now there's issues. Sanlam terminated my contract as I had issues with liberty life so I'm expecting my credit life insurance to settle my debt as I am unemployed. Nobody gave me feedback of the outcome. It took 5month to finalize my matter. I need my matter to be reviewed as I was not informed of how credit life insurance works
