Unfair practice, why increase my premiums 3 times in 4 months period, Why
Why use my minor accident in December 2022 to increase my premiums thrice in a space of 4 months, Please cancel my policy with immediate effect

21 Apr 2023, 10:31I don't trust you guys, last time when you increased my premiums, it was after you had promised that there wont be any adjustment but the following month end my premiums were increased and now IT IS GOING UP AGAIN AFTER JUST A MONTH FROM THE PREVIOUS INCREASE

26 Apr 2023, 14:49I am very upset, as I have thought that my query was attend to, only to receive a call from your employee from retention whereas am waiting for a call from Service Agent, who was supposed to respond to my initial query. I REPEAT I WAS NEVER IN ANOTHER ACCIDENT WHICH YOUR PROPOSED PREMIUM IS BASED ON,YOU ALREADY INCREASED PREMIUMS WITH REGARD TO MY ACCIDENT,PLEASE CANCEL MY POLICY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, AM DONE
