Unfair practice which aimed at punishing a client
Just few weeks ago, Standard bank insurance reviewed my insurance premiums and same was adjusted to R548 and few days after my minor accident, my premiums have just been reviewed again in a space of 3 weeks and increased to R680, WHICH I FIND VERY UNFAIR PRACTICE AS THIS SOUNDS LIKE A PINISHMENT FOR MY CLAIM FOR THE MINOR ACCIDENT,,,,,,WILL ASK OMBUSMAN IF THIS IS FAIR
