UNFAIR PRACTICE BY STANDARD BANK

I have been a loyal customer with Standard bank and recently had a car accident, when its time to claim i am given a song and dance because I was recently diagnosed with a chronic condition which i didn't even know i had to declare to them about. Over and above the news of the condition together with the trauma of the accident, i received a very disappointing news that my accident claim wont be paid for the accident. i am a very dissatisfied with the outcome especially when i have been such a loyal customer.
