After cancelling my bond life insurance are the still continuing with my debit order. I have requested numerous times that it is cancelled. The branch can't assist me in reversing the debit order and I have to make a lengthy telephone call to be transferred from one department to another. This bank is ********* and ********** takes my money without permission.
