I have been with Standard Bank short term insurance for a year now. For the last 12 months I have never been in an accident, never skipped a payment and have never lodged a claim. This month,Standard Bank increased my premium close to 20% without even notifying me, no communication whatsoever!! I was shocked when I saw the debit order. This is just plain ******** and unjustifiable!!! I dont claim for the whole year and the value of my car has gone down and this is what happens??

I have lodged a complaint and they have not gotten back to me. Give me my money back !!!
