uncollected cellphone for repairs
Appalling service received from Hollard just for a mere cell phone repairs . I have been waiting for days just for the courier company to come and collect the cell phone and each time I call I get a different story … The claim was registered on the 3rd and today the 8th October still no one collected the phone. I have been calling everyday for a follow up and yesterday I was told the courier company will come between 4-5pm , IM STILL WAITING even now. no communication what so ever . can someone please intervene because I'm really tired of calling everyday for nothing. if its taking them this long to collect then it means repairs will take the full month

Not sure how the complaint changed from BROLINK/MANGO APPLIANCES to standard bank but I was asked a question if I would recommend anyone to standard bank insurance and the answer is a big YES, I LOVE STANDARDBANK. Thank you to everyone who assisted with the claim and my phone has just been delivered, thank you very much .
Thank you to the patient driver Zolile who drove all the way from Sandton to Heidelberg to collect my phone , and he also delivered today as well. He knows what is a customer and I thank you for understanding the importance of my phone .. Thank you to Sis Paulina from Mango appliances for her understanding and her patience because I was not really a good person to talk to but she looked beyond that and held the Mango flag high. She kept me updated until today . Thank you thank you and thank you again
