Unclaimed matters

I Dianne cupido have lornce a funeral claim on the 17th of August 2021, which I have called them several times and went to the bank more then five times , the response was its with the claims department they have not once sms or called to verify the claim, I have been dealing with Standard bank for two decade's, never knew that they service us so poor I'm very unhappy with their service, it's going for nearly 2 months to assist with a claim, please be so kind look into the matte
