Unauthorized deduction of premiums with no repayment

I bought a property in 2018 and insured it with my private broker sending the confirmation to Standard Bank insurance brokers. I never agreed or app**** for insurance via Standard Bank yet they started deducting premiums since September 2018. I corresponded with them regarding stopping of deductions and repayment of deductions made. The confirmation of stopping of deductions was only sent from Sarah Mapumlo on 9 October 2019.

To date I have written to the cancellations department and HOD department with read receipts received but no repayment having been made on unauthorized deductions.

This is also the second time that I have had the same experience with Standard Bank Insurance Brokers. What would be appreciated is feedback from the relevant parties and repayment of the funds to me.
