Unauthorized Debit Order Standard bank employees do *****

Unauthorized debit order I haven't approved the debit order mandate but they debited on the last month i reversed the debit order.This month they have debited again i cant reverse my money.I have laid a complaint since Monday they haven't responded.I had a chat with few of their consultant through App and Facebook they are not helping.I just want my money back i never gave them permission to debit.They are doing *****...
