UNAUTHORISED DEBITS

Extremely disheartened on behalf of my mother, who was wrongfully debited an amount of R27 499 by Standard Bank Insurance.

Not only was this debit UNAUTHORISED as she was INSURED AGAINST HER WILL; she is further being debited large amounts.

There has been minimal to no communication to rectify this.

Will Standard Bank cover the costs she will now incur from her debit orders bouncing due to this?

WHAT A TEDIOUS EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD WITH STANDARD BANK.

This is extremely infuriating as there seems to be no way forward, leaving her stranded and in an unfair position ONCE AGAIN.
