Unauthorised debit orders!!! And forced insurance

Standard bank has by far the worst customer service!!! This month they decided to take Money out of my account for insurance on my car without my consent!!! I bought my car 2 years ago with and have my own insurance but for some odd reason they decided to take money out of account meaning I paid two insurance installments for one car!!! I received no phone calls from them no emails no signature nothing they stole money from my account!!! They could not provide no reason or explanation I have to call them and wait for hours without any valid reason I called 3 departments and none of them have answered me!!! This is really pathetic!!!
