Unauthorised debit order
Standard bank usually debits on my account on the 15th of every month. Woke up with a debit order charged on my account this morning. I need them to reverse my debit order

11 Feb 2021, 09:51I am still waiting for my refund. The lady i spoke to from vehicle insurance admitted that they debited by mistake and i will receive an immediate refund. I have been waiting since yesterday. No im not going to call again because i have spent over R100 worth of airtime but your call centres are busy. Please refund my money because when it comes to you you never miss debit order dates. Fix this or i will escalate it. Im being exploited here.
