Unauthorised Debit Order

I would like to know from your insurance company who gave them the right to authorise a debit from my account? The last time I checked I don’t have a car and I informed your company and it was cancelled and debit order that was deduct was reversed so when did I have a car again? So what are you insuring on my name? Kindly ask your people to reverse back my money to my bank and the authorisation is **********. I really do not want to hear your apologise and telling me about the consultant that will call me, all I want is my money back.. are this broke to deduct money from your clients who cancelled their insurances? What are you insuring? Reverse back my money and erase my bank account from your system.
