Unauthorised debit order
I contacted standard bank on the 24th October 2022 to cancel my car insurance as I sold the car, I no longer have a car. Their customer service called me 3 times informing me that the insurance is cancelled. This morning I woke up with a debit order from Standard bank, I’m wondering why they deduct money from my account when I asked them to cancel the car insurance and they informed me that the insurance is cancelled, so I want to know from them, what I am insuring with them, I want my money back to my account, I have no business with you anymore

07 Nov 2022, 07:35Someone called me the same day, requested to send proof of debit order, I did and promised to process the reversal but still today it’s 5 days and haven’t received my money back
