Unanswered calls
It's been over a week calling standard insure and holding the line for over 2 hours and no answer. Surely they cannot have high volumes everyday. The worst thing is that I wait for 08:00 every morning when they start working and a minute later I'm already no. 930 in the queue l, clearly we are not been taken seriously by this bank

23 May 2022, 17:47That is not good enough because I have had this problem for the past 3 weeks and my issue hasn't been resolved. The vehicle that you cars are insuring I no longer have and i wanted to get cover on my new vehicle.

24 May 2022, 15:21The senior has still not called me, I've even resorted to going to the branch at Greenstone Mall however the consultant has also been holding for hours and she's now dropped the call. This is truly disappointing and unprofessional
