Unacceptable way of doing business.

Same problem still going for month 4. Manage to got a hold of them on Friday morning. Had to go into office a few hours later just so I can call them. Go hold of them and according to them the plumbers came and the whole situation has been resolved. The lady said they even have photos as proof. Asked to see the photos still waiting. She said she will get a hold of the plumbers and get back to me. I send them the photos of the property still not having running water. Still not a working geyser. Still no taps. Bunch of lairs I wish I can find a insurance company that can at least comply with their own policies. Even After this is completed I will be filing legal action. Because this is unacceptable way of doing business.
