Unacceptable Service from Standard Bank Insurance

We had an attempted break-in at our property on Saturday evening. They stole our copper water piping and had audacity to dig up piping underground. Since Sunday morning I have been trying to call Standard Bank insurance. I have tried to contact them on every medium - email, online, app and hours and hours on phone. I even lodged a complaint and managed to speak with their complaints department. Promised to expedite it and was given reference- still waiting.
