Unacceptable service from Standard Bank Insurance

Im am totally shocked at the poor service from Standard bank insurance!! We decided to go with one company for our Bond as well as our insurance as it seemed like to best viable option for a new home owner.

The call center is totally useless, when being transferred from one department to the other, we get a message that just plays and the call goes into a black hole.

When asking the agent to not transfer me and please check that there is someone on the other side (warm transfer/consult), we got the black hole.

Can someone from Standard Bank insurance please get back to me so i can get some answers on my claim.
