Unacceptable service as usual

Unacceptable service as usual.

Trying to phone them never works as I wait for 30 minutes or more. Sometimes the line just drops.

I've been trying to get a hold of them for more than two weeks now an had no luck in the matter.

They must be the worst I've delt with when it comes to communication just to get info regarding my study loan...
